This company appears to be located in the midwest USA, but is actually a chinese company. I followed up via email for my shipments and got canned responses – none of which explained why the products i paid for weren’t getting shipped from China (when it is advertised as a midwest company!). In addition, once they stopped responding to emails, i posted on their Instagram page and all my messages were deleted. I was then reached out to by other women who were also having the same issue.
