BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! This company (if you can call it that) is a complete scam! Their lack of customer service, inability to make their information public, and no sense of making contact with the customer when items are paid for but not received is PITIFUL!!! I placed an order over a month ago through pay pal to ensure the security of my product and still nothing has been received! It was merely one item, a brush, and still nothing! Co-vid or not, They robbed me of my money! Regardless of the amount, its a matter of principle! The company’s reluctance to make contact and resolve any matter regarding payment, refund, delivery of product, and or any communication at all, confirms they are crooks, and have something to hide! It’s very daunting! Meanwhile, they take your credit card information, email, phone number, address, and any other personal information regarding your finances. This is unacceptable! And, I DO NOT accept it! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! Additionally, I went on the modern beyond website to file a complaint and create some sort of resolution for my missing item. I made the mistake of leaving my phone number thinking a customer service representative might contact me. I got a call from an (888)693-2569 number after 8p.m. this evening. The time of the call struck me as odd. I found it to be a bit strange that a customer service rep would call me so late; however, understand we are in a global pandemic. Hours of operation are not the norm and most if not all people are working remotely. I proceeded to tell the customer service rep of my missing items and Questioned their delivery status. She became very angry and defensive towards me. She proceeded to call me names over the phone, spew profanities, and was very hostile. If nothing else, her aggressive behavior and unprofessionalism alone, CONFIRMED this was a scam! She tried to pass me on to another agent that sounded intoxicated and was making strange noises in the background. Then, to the "supposed" owner of the company by the name of Lenny. Mind you, all of these antics, strange behavior, and unprofessionalism is on a recorded call. At that point, I had enough! And, simply hung up the phone! If I had any doubts prior to the phone call this evening that matters with this company would be resolved my uncertainty was most certainly confirmed after! I have no doubt in my mind this is a complete and utter scam!! Again, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! Any company that operates with them, is affiliated with them, uses them as a point of contact for a third party, reference, or states that they are who you should reach out to, needs to be shut down!!!…Effective IMMEDIATELY!!!

Modern Beyond is another online scammer. It appeared in my email and it was selling N95 masks which I ordered Feb 27 andwas never delivered. I lost $ 189.98 I reported them to the BBB. Scam Companies like this should be reported to the FTC, and your state Att’y General fraud division. These predatory Dirtbags should be made accountable and prosecuted.

I ordered (3) Liquid Lawn Green Grass Spray for $65.97. The money was taken out of my checking account the next day. One month later, I’ve yet to receive the items. I received a fake tracking number and sent an e-mail to “support @modern beyond” for them to inform me the items were shipped. I replied back to let them know I was contacting the Better Business Bureau & have not heard back or received any items.
