I ordered 2 swimsuits for a total of $61.73. On April 11, 2019, I received a text from them, thanking me for my order and providing me with an order # (18405). They indicated that they will notify me when my order ships. The text came from # 9802777634. A number you cannot call, only text and pray they text back. They never did. I followed-up and requested a refund. On Apri l 27th, they texted me and indicated that a refund was issued. To date, Although I’ve sent numerous text and email requests, to date, I have not received my purchase nor my refund.
I recently looked at the reviews of the company online and realized that I am not their only victim.

I purchased 2 suits and needed to return 1 but they will not provide an rma or answer my emails. Their site says they will give an RMA to return an item. But they are telling me that I cannot return the suit even though there is nothing wrong with it. And Now they will not respond to my emails at all.

This company took my money and ran! I saw them on Facebook and Instagram several times and decided to buy 2 bathing suits, got my confirmation and they took my money right away. They won’t answer several emails, I threatened to contact my financial institution and then they responded with weird questions that I have never even heard of customer service doing. TOTAL SCAM!

This is a bathing suit company that is extremely promoted on FACEBOOK. I literally probably saw it and passed it 100 times before I actually purchased anything. It consumed my Facebook ads, how can Facebook let something this fake be promoted on their website!?
I ordered these two bathing suits for $70 and was excited about getting them in and a month later I hadn’t received anything and no email reply and no bathing suit! I got curious and began to research and come to find out there was one video left up on YouTube that explained that this was a huge scam and every time someone writes a truthful review they delete it or get it taken down! and I can attest to the fact that all of the reviews that I have read are good reviews there were no bad reviews. I am so upset that I have lost money to some bum that is stealing peoples hard earned money. this needs to be taken down they are scamming so many people! its not ok!!!
