I was excited to see a sale on portable air conditioners since my home unit broke down. I saw this ad on facebook and thought it would be safe. I started to place the order and it took the order before i used any passwords. When i contact the seller via messaging i never receive any replies. I performed a google search on ip address and found out that they go through Cloudfare Inc. just outside of Wichita KS. I tried calling Cloudfare but could not get through since I am not a customer of theirs.

I found an advertisement through Facebook that had a link to purchase Honeywell Air Conditioners at a great price. I was desperate to have one, ordered it online, it all looked legitimate and secure. I thought I was very careful. My account has only been charged for the amount I authorized, $79.18 and yet I haven’t had one single response from the company about shipping etc. Luckily I saved the website I ordered from on my computer. I signed in and clicked on "contact us" to give my complaint and ask for another email showing the shipping information. I received nothing. I sent another today, I doubt I’ll receive a thing. I believe I fell for a scam. Please be leery of any advertisements on Facebook. I decided to look up scams today and I found one extremely similar but different business name. Lesson learned the hard way.
