I ordered a Michael Kors Handbag for my wife for Christmas. When I placed the order I received and email that seemed suspicious to me. Right away they began speaking for disputes, and returns. I then showed the website to me wife and she informed it was a knockoff site, and pointed out red flags to me about this company. I contacted them right away for a refund. I continued to email them for a few days with no response from them. Finally they emailed me back stating that they bag was already shipped. I’ve still been contacting them for a refund on the bag. After looking at their website more in depth in one section it talks about refunds and returns. Then in another section they state they are no refunds or exchanges unless it’s the wrong color, or the order is incorrect. I looked at the tracking information they emailed me, and that as well is incorrect. The website and first email they sent me stated 7-10 business days for delivery. Now the new email states 10-15 days. I have issued a dispute as well with my bank to get a refund for this company’s poor service, and false advertisement.
