Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching on Pinterest, and found this website had an article of clothing that I really wanted. I went to their sit looked around and decided to go ahead and order the item. After the order was placed, I received no order confirmation. I only knew the transaction was completed when the automatically charged my card. I ordered the item on September 14th. I got concerned after not hearing from the company, so in September 28th I emailed their customer service email provided on their website. After sending the message asking for information regarding my order, the email showed up as a personal email with a person first and last name instead of the business. When they replied, they stated my order has shipped on September 17th from their facility and that it could take up to 20 days to get. I was suspicious by this point and specially stated “Ok, so what you are saying is that my package has left your facility and has already shipped?” the company woman replied “Yes, that is correct”. It is now October 12th, and I just received an email stating my shipment status changed. Upon opening the email, I was hoping it had finally arrived. Instead, I discovered that my shipment was not coming from Wisconsin as the website states, but instead China. It occurred to me that this person is taking orders for items offered on other website and placing them on her website as if they are her products. After she gets an order for an item, she goes and orders it from cheaper websites like Wish or Wanelo that originate in China and then selling them to customers at much higher prices. If I wanted an item like that, I would intinially order it from one of those websites. This business is running on disception.
