I placed an order with them on 11/19/18. 5 days later I contacted them to find out when my item would be shipped by email. I received an email back that was a return and refund of item. The website, email, and phone number no longer exist or work. My money has still not been refunded. I believe they have reopened as Alexjiv.com

On November 22, 2018 I purchased 2 LOL Surprise Dollhouses for $99.99/each plus tax which totaled $107.99/each equaling $215.98 total. When their website continued to say "processing" I emailed their customer service inquiring about delivery dates/times at which time I received an email stating they did not have the item in stock and would be refunding my initial purchase ($107.99) and that it would take 7-21 days depending upon my Credit Card Carrier. When I sent an email regarding the 2nd purchase, they did not reply. I contacted my bank who stated they have not received any pending refunds. When I attempt to go to their website it is no longer available.
