On 9/9/2019 I placed an order (#2394) for the amount of $101.98, I followed the instructions to track the shipping information I received within a text message (RU379257445NL). I am unable to find this in their suggested shippers (EMS or DHL). I contact both EMS and DHL and they have not received any package with the tracking number listed.
On 9/10/2019 I placed an order (#2413) for the amount of $19.44, The web site shows as unfulfilled.
I have emailed Miusey on both orders and no reply.
