A few weeks ago, we got a phone call from Joanne Rodriguez from Mitigation Land Specialists about leasing our property for Eversource Electric. We found it strange that a company in California would be contacting us in Massachusetts. We told her to place us on their do not call list. Today, we got another call from the same person, and when we didn’t answer, she called my husband’s 85 year old mother! We checked with Eversource and they are not looking to lease any land, so her claim is totally bogus. I want her to stop calling and I hope this scam gets shut down quickly.
