Ordered form this company on July 27th. Received what I think now was scam verification of shipment. They use what’s called track17 which for some reason doesn’t update tracking. The last tracking I received was on August 5th which was 15 days ago. I contacted the company numerous times and receive the same emails over and over from them. No real help to the consumer, which is one why hasn’t t tracking updated, and two when my product would arrive.. they keep saying due to covid it will take 20 days, but it’s going on a month and still no real answer. Another problem is that when I checked my PayPal account there’s no evidence that I even had completed a transaction through them, but says otherwise on my bank statement. After further investigation and stranding the reviews of others I’m not the only one.
Terrible contacts. Couldn’t keep in my eyes for even 2 seconds.
