This business advertised in Sam’s Club. Initial contact was made on 26 January 2018 in Sam’s Club.
The salesman came to our home [M*** ***].
As we do not like to use credit, we opted to pay for 25% of a 10KW system up front with installation expected by March 2018.
Contract was changed due to supposed inability to get the panels we purchased in April 2018.
We did not agree to the change as it reduced our system size by 25%. We began requesting a refund in May 2018.
Last update was June 26, 2018 with a refund check expected in 2 weeks. No Check has materialized.
