1rst call came from restricted number and said that I was going to be served by an officer within the hour.
2nd call went to my mom and said that I needed to resolve within the hour. They left a number with my mom.
I called the number back and they answer "legal department". I asked what firm and he said miller and simmons. I asked what his name was and he replied Darren Donovan. He proceeded to tell me my drivers license number full social date of birth and address. I asked what it was about and he said I owed Wachovia $1200 from 2012. He got irate with me when I started asking questions and hung up.
I called back several times and spoke with a man named Ron. He said he was a director and he didn’t have to answer any questions.
