Please be careful. We met with Joe and were initially very impressed. We ordered our custom shutters and paid a 50% deposit. 2 months went by without a word. I emailed Joe and was assured that the shutters would be in any day. Another 2 months went by and I never heard from him again. I emailed and called multiple times and was completely ignored. I doubt any shutters were actually ordered, I think he just took our money. I finally had to petition my credit card company to refund my money, which thankfully they did. I still have not heard one word from Joe. Please do not make the same mistake we did – go with another company.
