Type of a scam Online Purchase
I thought I was purchasing a quilt from this store for 70$ on Nov 30,2018. They "sell" a lot of different products.
I got an email immediately after the purchase with an order confirmation number that also said I would have a trucking number in 1-2 weeks.
I finally sent an email and waited days for a response that did not include my tracking number… just
"Dear Mr/Mrs,
We apologize for not being able to respond to emails in a timely manner due to too many emails sent to us. We promise not to miss any emails and try to answer as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
Best regards"
There is no way to contact them via phone and that was my first suspicion but I didn’t think much about it.
Finally, I looked up their return policy and sent an email stating I wanted to return my item and get a refund.
I have not heard anything since then about my refund.
Today I got a tracking number from them and when you go to track it your information can not be found.
After investigating further, their return address listed as
3003 High Meadows Dr
Arlington, TX
76014
Its a nice little 3 bedroom, 2 bath house but it is definitely NOT a business.
