We were called by a company calling themselves Multi Plan when we to look them up on the internet before paying for health insurance, and found no problems with them. After getting our debit card number they then gave us a group number of NCE; when looking that up found all of them problems with them, we tried calling them back to cancel the transaction but none of the phone numbers they gave us worked. We would get the message "number is unreachable from our area". We canceled the debit card and filed a police report case #2*** and since it is a Visa we contacted them case # ***.
The name for the company showing up at the bank is SMIG $426.50, we have followed up with the bank and it will be some time to get the money back in the bank, which is an issue because my husband lost his job recently.
