We have been actively looking for a puppy online. We came across this site said that they had cavalier charles puppies for sale on May 6th. We filled out the puppy application form and sent it back to breeder. They accepted our application and told us that the puppy will be transported to the closest airport in our area. We told them ****** and the breeder said that they also go to the **** ****** Municipal airport (which 7 miles from our home) We told them that we would go to the **** ****** to pick up the puppy. They asked us to pay for the puppy via a "Zelle App" that sends payments. We tried the app and checked with our local bank and the bank does not support that type of payment. My daughter has paypal and we asked who we thought was the owner Myron Cantar if we could use paypal instead. He told us that his partner has paypal and that would be fine. The charge was $500 for the puppy and an additional $170 for transportation fees. We sent the money via paypal and received a screenshot of our receipt that said family and friends. We did not realize at the time that we should have put payment "for goods". We also filed a complaint with paypal and because the payment said family and friends the complaint was denied.
