Man with heavy Indian (India) accent said they wanted to refund money we paid in July 2015…$179.76 for Tech Support…we went along with the scam because they knew our names and we had purchased a new computer and tech support at around that time a year ago. He told us his company was going out of business in the country they were located in and needed to refund tech support fee…He insisted we get on our computer and download a new program…when we got to the accept box and I read never to agree unless I felt sure of the person requesting…I balked…He became very angry and keep saying our computer would "crash" within a couple of hours if we did not accept the download. I knew then it had to be a scam…no one becomes angry when they are giving you money…so I told him he should be ashamed of himself for trying to bilk senior citizens on fixed incomes and hung up…
