Type of a scam Tech Support
Our business received a phone call from a gentleman claiming to be with Microsoft. He requested licensing information over the phone (which we did not give him). He then asked for an email address so that we could electronically start the verification process. We forwarded this to our IT company, which researched and found this to be suspicious.
