Turned on my PC and it had a big red screen message saying my system crashed, to call Microsoft Certified Live Technicians with a number to call, I called the number because I could not access the internet at all. I could not get their message off my screen. I was told that I was being hacked by a foreign address. They wanted $319.99 for 3 years to remove the malware or attackers. When I told them I didn’t have the money they hung up leaving me with their message. (left me hanging). I called my internet provider and together we were able to remove their message and I regained access to the internet. I had virus protection. They just appeared on my PC until I removed their application.
