I received a call and voicemail from this number (855) 202-9532. Since they left a voicemail, I called back. They asked about a complaint with my computer. I told them that I do not have a complaint with my computer. They said that they are with Microsoft 10. I told them that I do not have a computer with Microsoft 10. It was obvious that they had a foreign (Asian) accent. They wanted to help me. I then realized that they were a scam trying to get info off my computer and told them that they will be reported. They immediately hung up.
