Pop up bubble on screen looks like Microsoft contact warning PC is compromised with virus and malware warnings…a 800# is given once called a customer rep answers and urgently advises you to give remote access to them and then a credit card to check for viruses..when asked if with Microsoft they say "Yes"…..a charge of $99.99 showed up within seconds of phone call…..and various sites were accessed remotely during conversation with their customer service.
