Received a voice recording stating that I would be served papers between 12 -5 If I had questions I could call. Then when calling they said I could pay to avoid being served. Total B.S. Scam.

said he was collecting for donations, asked how much i could donate 15 or 25 which one works for me, i said i dont have a job he said thats ok this is how it works, we will send you a pamplet with information on it but before i snd it we ask that you tell us over the phone that you promise to make a payment. ( side note: your web site does not allow me to enter my correct zip code of 49945 ( says invalide for michigan but i LIVE in michigan upper penensula )
