Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was shopping for Michael Kors purses at a discounted price. I looked on Amazon.com, but didn’t find a good price. At the bottom of their page were additional websites not affiliated with Amazon.com. One of the websites said 80% off regular prices. I went to the website and found 3 items that I ordered. I entered my credit card information and never received an email confirmation for the order. I received a phone call from my credit card company asking about charges placed on my card. I checked my credit card website and found that I had been charged 6 different times at varying amounts (none that were the amount I had originally charged on the website) adding up to around $600.00
