Type of a scam Romance
Met them on Coffee Meet Bagel. We chatted and connected well with our similarities. We then started chatting in the What’s App and shortly after he stated how much he loved me and couldn’t believe he found his queen. I was cautious but wanted to believe as well. So I did send $100 gift card because I’ve wasted that kind of money before. Not proud of it but I wanted to see if I was being scammed or not. When he asked for money again and this time was more urgent and stated that I needed to help him save his job…I knew something was wrong. The number he used is a Nigerian one that is attached to a 419scam so I won’t respond to this person any longer. Although he needs to be stopped!
