I used an Netspend card and place $1200.00 onto the card to make a purchase. The cash was placed on my card at a local walmart store. Once the cash was placed on the card I attempted to make a purchase and the transaction was denied. I contacted netspend and asked why and was informed that they had denied the transfer and that I had to wait 21 day for netspend to place my money back on my card. This company is believed to be funding ISIS by stealing money from customers and not returning the money
