I ordered a bean bag chair half off from merino cloud a website that was advertised on Facebook. I ordered that on June 23, 2020 and it is now August 15 and I have yet to receive my beanbag chair. however the tracking number they gave me says that the chair has been delivered to somewhere in Colorado while I’m living here in Kansas. I can’t get a hold of anybody from the company whatsoever there is no phone number listed nobody is responding to my my multiple email. I have tried to get a hold of them on Facebook and everybody that’s on the Facebook ordered about the same time as me and none of us have gotten our product. Like I said it shows that it’s been shipped to us but not delivered to the right state meanwhile I’m out $80. Ruined my daughter’s birthday and I don’t have the product. I just want a refund and lesson learned. Complete bull crap. My order was #1324 from merinoCloud.us
