This company will call you and your family asserting there is a case number and they’re a document processing company trying to settle a debt. They are phony and get your personal information from brokerage sites like whitepaiges spokeo etc. Google your own name and see. Go to donotcall.org and register your number to try as best as possible to avoid calls like these. I feel so sad for people who do not research these phony callers. never pay anyone over the phone. Watch your mail for court docs, that is how any legal claim that is real, is processed. Do not fall for this crap. I am irate that there are such awful people preying on people trying to secure thousands of dollars.
