It is a scam perpetrated by Indian ex-pats calling from secret locations. They claim to be offering great deals on merchant card services and ask for your entire SS#, your DOB, bank statements and home address! Upon attempting to call them back I got a number disconnected message. They have a great-looking website and claim a AAA rating from the BBB. This is an obvious phishing scheme, no real products or services are available. The FBI, FCC and FTC all have pngages where investigations can be instigated. If these folks contact you, please lodge a complaint with them, too.
