I have ordered trimer from mensroom early September 2020 and till October it was showing my order on its way, i tried to track again after few weeks on early November and the website is no more, they have made fraud on me and millions more people in the world, i am from australia, it is a big scam and government should do something for innocent people who worling hard and some scammers who trying to make society like this and stealing or money, please suggest legal advice if anyone knows. Thanks and be aware guys, do not buy any online products.
I have had the same experience. I ordered a trimmer mid July, money taken from my bank account and have not received it. It’s now October 3rd. I asked if I could cancel my order for a refund. I was told no, as the product was in transit to my location. Once I receive it I could return it. I feel I may never see this product.

I saw a shaving product that they supposedly sell through instagram. I was lead through to a site and paid for a trimmer over 2 months ago. I contacted the company who has given vague statements on where it might be, and they have refused to give a tracking number for the product I have bought. I have concluded that there was no product and that they are scamming individuals based on trimmers that are made by another company to get money.
