I was receiving information about bundles (hair extensions) I was interested in from an Instagram account, and I proceeded with looking into the site posted in the bio of the Instagram account. I purchased the hair and never received the hair or heard back from the person controlling the account. I learned I was blocked from the Instagram page after ordering the hair.
