I was called 9:10 A.M. on Thursday, April 13 by phone number 575-208-1605. Man congratulated me on winning 2.5 million dollars sweepstakes. Said it was for shopping online. Then gave me phone number 215-660-5194, said it was the number of person handling legal work and claims papers. They wanted to email me the paperwork, I had them Fax it to me, fax number is 415-484-7068, waited an hour for the fax didn’t come. Called them back at 5 P.M., thanked them for wasting my day. Called me Friday morning said fax is now sent, they had computer issues and apologized. Went and got fax, I won 2.5 million dollars from Mega Millions and have to pay $499.00 for insurance and taxes. Did some research Mega Millions does not do online sweepstakes. Called them back told them this is a scam and don’t call me again. The bank on the cashiers check has been notified and given the account number that is being used.
