I had ordered from this company for medical purposes. I requested one product not to be shipped and refunded. They did not cancel the product and still charged me for it and did not respond to the claim. I had to open a claim up through Paypal believing they are operating under a scam or fraud. I was also told the package was sent Priority mail and I have still not received my package. I warn people if using this service to look elsewhere as they will probably do the same to you.
