Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
Received a call from 859-214-0209. Person stated "this is ____ on a recorded line." I said OK and the line went blank. I called the number back and received the same initial statement then someone said they were from Medicare and wanted to offer a free hearing aid to someone in our household. The person then said someone in your household has a hearing problem, right? I said no and the line went blank again.
I called the number twice and received a recorded message with #1 as the option to speak to a rep. After clicking #1 "All representatives are busy. if you have a question please contact us by email at customerservicenow.com (I believe the persons’s name was Lisa)
