I am the project coordinator for the *** and work out of the ***. A scammer called a conservator today using(spoofing) the TN SMP phone number, 931-432-3293. The male scammer with a foreign accent claimed to be from the Medicare Claims department and wanted the conservator to confirm information regarding a beneficiary.
