MBG or Evona

We received a call offering savings for credit card transactions processed through our POS terminal. After speaking with the sales person (who was overly enthusiastic) he transferred me to a "specialist" who was a little easier to speak to. He repeated the savings: cost per debit transaction, cost per credit card transaction, cost for the rental of the POS terminal, informed me I would be reimbursed any cancellations fees with my current provider. He told me all he would need is a void cheque and some information to get started. I asked him to send me the information and the contract via email so I could look it over. He did send me an email repeating all that he said with the ScamPulse.com logo at the bottom of the page but he did not send a contract. I searched for a website, I searched ScamPulse.com to find them under the two names I was given (Evona and MBG) and found nothing. I responded to his email with additional questions and have not heard back since.
