A friend claimed that he sent a package through these people and used my address. They contacted me to let know they have the package but that it is stuck in Mexican customs and that I needed to pay $2000 tax before 2/7. I have been calling the number on the website for days and no answer, no voicemail, no nothing. Also, I found that they are using the mailing address of another courier service.
