Max Vogt, ** *** ** *** *** *** ***, scammed me and others online using the website Reddit. The subreddit r/hardware swap is a place for people to buy/sell/trade electronics, and in trying to purchase $100 dollars worth of computer components, Max Vogt took my money and never showed any intention of sending the products. He told me I could expect tracking info and to receive my package in a few days time, then never even sent the tracking. After more than 2 weeks, I managed to get most of my money back, but Max Vogt convinced me to send $20 over PayPal’s non refundable transactions option. I still haven’t received that and am hoping he comes around to return what he stole. I’m unsure of exactly how much he has stolen from others, but I was seemed out by another one of his scamming victims who sent me his personal information (without my consent), so Max Vogt has clearly scammed more than just me.
