Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The scammer is selling fake Maui Jim sunglasses using a website that leaves out the "i" in MauiJim to make look legit. They are advertising on FB and the link take you to a site that uses Maui Jim logos and looks similar to the original Maui Jim site.

Once I ordered the discounted sunglasses, my bank sent an alert that an international charge had been processed. I then looked closer at the email and notice the missing "i". I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order which was ignored. I disputed the charge on my credit card and it was refunded.

However, I received another email several days later indicating my order had shipped and ignoring my request to cancel. I received two fake pairs of sunglasses in Maui Jim cases. The charge was then placed on my credit card again. Their website states you cannot return the products without first contacting them. I have emailed them but have yet to receive information on how to return the products. The package arrived with a label that only showed the address for the shipping company.
