On April 5th I contacted matthewpomeranians.com .I found a puppy named "Rossy" Matt Watts contacted me and stated I would need to send the money via Western Union -tracking#508-877-6763, in the amount of 600.00 to

City:Alexandria. Postal code 22206.The website advertised free shipping within the US. I stated I wanted my puppy delivered on April 14th. The night before my puppy was to be delivered,Matt Watts called and stated he needed an additional 800.00 crate fee and 750.00 was refundable. When I went to Western Union and told them they refused to accept the money and stated this is a scam. After a heated argument with Matt he wished me the worst,threatened me and stated he would not refund my money, because I told him I felt a lawyer was needed. Again i requested a 600.00 refund as I didn’t receive my puppy and he says it will take two week. His current web site had dropped one of the t’s in matthew. He still has my puppy posted for sell and the same picture of Rossy with another name "Brody" I recently broke my hip and was looking forward to getting my puppy. This Matt Watts is a horrible person and needs to be arrested and that site taken down. He is a complete fraud
