Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
Hello, In December of 2019, i paid this Stephanie Hernandez Owner of Matos Multi-Service Center $150 for credit repair this was a special she was promoting online through Facebook for the Holidays. So i was excited and decided to do it with her so i sent her a text message and i sent her the money through my bank with Zelle, she sent me a receipt that she received the money and told me to check back with her in February of this year. So February came around and i did what she said, i called her, I Text her, I emailed her, i even sent her message on Facebook and till this day no reply what so ever. I recently tried again to get in contact with her but no reply, so i sent her a message on Facebook asking to return my money or i would take legal measures, well she just deleted my message and blocked me. This is not right how she took advantage that i was in need of credit repair. I would like my $150 back. Thank you.
