I was under the impression I was purchasing a hisun 250cc off road vehicle for $95.00, The product was to be shipped in parts for me to put together. They took the money from my account and send an email thanking me. 2 days later I received an email telling me my item was shipped with confirmation numbers a receipt from PayPal and a tracking number. All was fake.
