Good afternoon,

I placed an order with expedited shipping for a costume for my son’s birthday party on August 5th. After 7 emails and phone call attempts to speak with someone (I have yet to receive it and my son’s birthday party is Sunday 8/23). I have no heard back from anyone and have not received the product. I am trying to get a refund as I obviously either will never receive the costume or not receive it when I was promised. I do not think this business is legitimate.
