Received a "Final Notice" after registering my car in MD. There is information about the car I drive, my name, and address, but no other useful information on the page. There is no URL, return address, or company logo. The "company name" of Maryland Auto Shield is in ultra-fine print at the bottom. There is a number to call, with a deadline a few days away, to receive a $200 discount from some unknown cost to vehicle warranties.
