Used my friend name to contact me on facebook messenger. Then I accepted this woman’s friend request. Said if I would pay 5000$ to get 100000 for tn senior citizens grant. First told me to deposit money in a BOA international acct. Now it’s been changed to wiring the $ to Chase bank. Manuel Santiago Vicente name was to be put on Cashiers check. Now that name has changed.
