When they introduce you to him, you may feel that he is kosher, but remember that the websites take a commission from him, but they do not take any responsibility for the performance of the contract. He then provides a quote and takes a substantial amount as advance to purchase materials. After that he gradually disappears until you give up on him. He is a judgment debtor in the Supreme Court of Tompkins County, but he has no known assets and nothing can be recovered from him.
