The business is having customers fill-out documents and write personal information (social security # and driver’s license information) on an application before conducting any sort of business.
It took so long before any representative helped me, I informed them that I had to pick-up my children from school and asked for the document with my personal information back and was told "No". I asked to shred my documents and was told "No" again. Alejandra (girl that was helping me) informed me that the owner has to review the documents before shredding it and that he was not there at this moment. I was not comfortable with this, but before anything I was escorted out by an employee and told to leave.
I’d like for somebody to look into their shady business practices before someone gets financially ripped off by this company.
