I purchased two tickets on this website to a concert. They said they were for general admission into the concert. I paid $106 for both. When I received the tickets, they were 2 parking passes. Each parking pass said they were $4 each. A total of $8 in parking passes that I paid $106 for. I have been on the phone with them 4 separate times and they keep saying they will send me some form I need to fill out and then send back In order to get my refund. Yet 4 phone calls later, I have still not received this form. I am out $106 and have no concert tickets. And only 2 parking passes to the concert i wanted to go to.
