I ordered a super MES and they sent me a regular one. I reached out to the company and advised they sent me the wrong product with the hopes that they would pay to ship it back and send me the correct product or provide me a full refund. I paid $45.67 and they only offered me a $18.62 refund or I could ship the item back at my cost. I didn’t do anything wrong, this is not my fault and they are not making the situation better. Stay away from this company as there have been several complaints about their customer service and they don’t make any of it right.
