Toni Harris tries to sell you a puppy for cheap. You pay him for the puppy and the he creates a fake tracking number using a fake shipping company called “Logistics Shippers” then sends you an email telling you that he needs more money $700-1,000 depending on how fast you want the supposedly puppy. It’s all a SCAM!!
