Total money lost $49.99

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Attempted on two separate occasions to contact seller that the product, a smart watch, was not as described. The item is not as was pictured, did not have same features as described, severely poor build quality when advertised as military grade and battery lasted approx 20 hours after full charge, without being worn or used, when described to last 2.5 days with use. The refund policy states to contact seller within 3 days which first attempt came through their website contact page approximately 24 hours after receiving. After no response, a second came within 6 days of purchase. with still no response from the seller 12 days after receiving the product. I then attempted through PayPal to contact seller or get a refund when i was given an automated return message from seller asking me to return their item which would cost between $69 and $110 when the product itself was 49.99. I attempted to come to an agreement with seller with again no response. I reviewed their return policy which stated that products of less than $70 do not need returned and refund would be given. After further investigation on the internet, several people have been scammed by this company by falsely advertising products and sending extremely poor quality/wrong products without being reimbursed. I have taken screen shots of my attempts to contact seller and their return policy when I was attempting to return item, which has since changed as no surprise.
